Order pull, inventory sync and shipment confirmation for the channels our warehouse customers sell on. Connectors are in staged rollout — we bring them live channel by channel, with the same reconciliation discipline as the warehouse floor.

Security & data handling

We handle order data — including buyer ship-to details — on behalf of our warehouse customers. That responsibility shapes how the platform is built and operated.
Isolation
Single-tenant deployments: each customer’s instance and database stand alone. No shared multi-tenant data stores.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, including encrypted offsite backups with tested restores.
Least-privilege PII
Buyer personal data is exposed only to the roles that need it to pick, pack and ship. Access is role-based, with two-factor authentication available for operator accounts.
Retention by design
Marketplace-sourced buyer PII is retained only as long as fulfillment requires it — purged within 30 days after delivery under our retention design. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
